Boutique Society runs on a month-to-month model because we believe the gym earns your membership every month — not the other way around. All three plans include unlimited open-gym access during our extended hours, free towel service, and access to the full equipment floor including the recovery suite. The difference between tiers is coaching contact: how much guided programming, how many personal training sessions, and how deeply a named coach tracks your progress week to week. If you're self-directed and experienced, the Foundation plan gives you the full floor at an honest price. If you want a programme built specifically around your goals and movement history, the Performance plan provides a dedicated coach and quarterly reassessment sessions. The Elite tier adds unlimited one-to-one sessions and priority booking for specialist classes.

Foundation
$119/mo
For self-directed members who want premium equipment without the coaching overhead
There is a one-time $49 onboarding fee that covers your initial movement screen with a coach, your access card, and your first set of programme notes. This is charged once and is not recurring. There are no other hidden activation charges on any plan.
How does the daily capacity cap work in practice?
We cap concurrent floor occupancy at 60 members. You book your session window through the Boutique Society app up to 7 days in advance. Most slots open without issue; peak windows — weekday mornings 6–8 AM and evenings 5–7 PM — tend to fill 48 hours ahead, so we recommend booking those early. Walk-ins are accepted when slots are available.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can move between Foundation, Performance, and Elite at any billing cycle boundary. Changes requested before the 20th of the month take effect on the 1st of the following month. Downgrades do not incur any fee; upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing period.
What happens if I need to pause my membership — travel, injury, or otherwise?
We offer membership holds of up to 60 days per rolling 12-month period at no charge. Holds are requested through the app or at the front desk with 5 days' notice. During a hold period, your access is paused and billing is suspended — you are not charged for the held days.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No. All new members — regardless of plan — receive an initial movement screen with a coach before their first solo floor session. This screens for mobility restrictions and familiarises you with the equipment layout and zone etiquette. The Foundation plan supports experienced self-directed members most naturally, but we have coached complete beginners through it successfully when they complete the onboarding properly.
“I joined on the Performance plan in March after years of training at home during lockdowns. Having a named coach — mine is Jordan — who actually tracks my numbers week over week changed everything. By August I'd hit a clean 185 lb deadlift, which felt impossible in January. The programme Jordan built wasn't complicated. It was just consistent and well-calibrated to where I actually was.”
