Small-Group Classes on Machines That Match Your Effort
Every Boutique Society class is capped at 12 participants, programmed on professional-grade equipment, and led by a certified coach who knows your name.
Most boutique fitness classes are choreographed around equipment constraints. Boutique Society's class programme is built around abundance: when you're in a Strength Fundamentals session, you have a full Eleiko barbell and dedicated rack to yourself. When you're in a Cardio Power class, every participant has their own Keiser M3i bike with calibrated resistance. The 12-person cap isn't a marketing claim — it's a hard limit enforced in the booking system. Your coach's time is divided 12 ways at most, which means genuine form feedback mid-rep rather than a shout across a crowded room. Sessions run 50 minutes, start strictly on time, and follow a periodised programme that rotates every six weeks so your fitness adapts rather than plateaus.
Current Class Formats
Six formats across strength, cardio, and mobility — each designed around specific equipment and specific adaptation goals.
Strength Fundamentals
A 50-minute barbell-centred session covering squat, hinge, press, and pull in rotating weekly emphasis. Programmed in 6-week blocks with progressive overload built into the prescription. Suitable for members at any barbell experience level — loads are individually assigned at check-in.
Cardio Power
Interval-based output work on the Keiser M3i bikes, structured in 4-minute blocks alternating between threshold efforts and active recovery. Wattage targets are set by the coach based on your last session data, so the effort is genuinely calibrated — not one-size-fits-all.
Functional Circuit
A mixed-modality session pulling from kettlebells, sleds, battle ropes, and the SkiErg — rotated across stations every 6 minutes. The 12-person cap means no waiting for equipment and no dead time between stations. High caloric demand, high variety.
Precision Mobility
A 50-minute guided mobility session built on PNF stretching, controlled articular rotation, and loaded mobility work. Designed as active recovery for strength members and as a standalone session for members managing joint health or returning from injury. Led by our corrective exercise specialist.
HIIT & Turf
Thirty-metre sled pushes, assault bike finishers, and medicine-ball complex work on the turf track. Short, structured, and deliberately uncomfortable. Sessions are 40 minutes and programmed to peak effort output in the final 10 minutes. Attendance is capped even more tightly at 8 per session.
Sunday Reset
A 60-minute blend of breathwork, parasympathetic nervous system work, and fascial release techniques offered exclusively on Sunday mornings. Led by our in-house sports therapist. Ideal for members who train 4 or more days per week and want a structured weekly reset that isn't passive rest.
“Cardio Power on Tuesday mornings is the class I rearrange my whole schedule around. Coach Tamara sets your wattage target based on what you hit last session — there's nowhere to hide and no excuse to coast. In eight weeks my FTP went from 180 to 224 watts. I've tried a lot of cycling classes in Houston and none of them have that level of individual calibration.”

How Class Booking Works
All classes are bookable through the Boutique Society mobile app, available on iOS and Android. Slots open 7 days in advance for Performance and Elite members, and 5 days in advance for Foundation members. Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the class start time are returned to your account without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows on capped classes result in a $10 hold fee charged to the card on file — this policy exists to protect the other 11 members who committed to that slot. Waitlists open automatically when a class fills, and you receive an app push notification if a spot opens. Class credits do not roll over between billing months on the Foundation plan but do carry a 30-day grace period on Performance and Elite.
